CERTIFICATION
Each participant fullfilling the home studies and pass the test (maximum 10 % wrong answers) will be awarded with a ITA Certified Tea Sommelier Level One Tea Diploma and a lapel pin.
Intermediate level students will learn deep inside of history, culture, world tea industry based on six different tea categories. Having deep inside and out of theory how tea relate with health based on traditional Chinese medicine theory. Each of tea categories proper brewing, the essential steps in traditional Chinese tea ceremony and what we can learn and take back from the old tea masters in terms of water quality, temperature,choosing and evaluating tea, tea brewing and tasting.
